Cancionero de Uppsala (1556), a selection transcribed for two vihuelas or six course lutes, edited by Massimo Marchese and Ugo Nastrucci, 28 duets, approachable for beginners and intermediate players, arranged from of one of the important Spanish music prints of the mid 16th century, concluding with the famous Christmas villancico ‘Riu, riu, chiu’, with introductory essay. A single volume (rather than two partbooks) presents the duets in French tab, in score; 80pp.
