Produktbeschreibung: von Bartolomeo de Selma y Salaverde und Giovanni Bassano, für Sopranblockflöte (Violine, Diskantgambe, Cornetto) und Orgel (Cembalo), übertragen von Adrian Wehlte. Es sind wenig Werke erhalten, in denen gleichzeitig Cantus- und Bassdiminutinen notiert wurden. Zwei Werke von Palestrina werden hier meisterhaft verziert: „Vestiva i colli – Prima parte“ (Salaverde) und „Pulchra es, amica mea“ (Bassano). „… zweier Highlights bereichern angenehm das Repertoire. … ist die Duo-Diminution von Salaverde aus dem Jahr 1638 ein kleines Meisterwerk.“ ESTA-NACHRICHTEN, 84/2020 „The texts, given in Latin and German, sing the praises of spring and a shepherdess who collects flowers to adorn the reader of the text The music is also light-hearted with bits of canonic treatment.
