Arrangement of a carol by Praetorius.
Jazz arrangement of a familiar carol. Keeping in line with the original Praetorius chorale-like choral setting it starts with lush jazz harmonies and transforms the carol unexpectedly into a grooving gospel towards the end. Best played with jazz trio (piano, bass and drums) but can be accompanied by piano only.
