The tune OASIS by Brian T. Coleman and the hymn ‘As water to the thirsty’ by Timothy Dudley-Smith are among the most popular unions of words and music in contemporary Christian worship, and Stainer & Bell are pleased to publish this arrangement for SATB, congregation and organ. Verse one is for sopranos alone. In verse two, sopranos sing with the congregation in full harmony, and in verse three they provide a descant to the tune sung by altos, tenors, basses and congregation together.
